I'm sorry I missed posting the last two days--we were pretty sick here at PDP headquarters. We're on the mend, though, and now I can post this photo, which Mr. PDP took last week from the back of the Allegheny General outpatient parking garage on Federal Street. I'm a little turned around here, but I think this is looking across Eloise Street, and that these buildings face North Avenue. (If this is wrong, feel free to correct me.)
